The people who work at this store are always very helpful. They are well educated about pet care. I always enjoy watching the dog trainer teach classes. If I had a dog I would bring my dog there for class. The employees go above and beyond to help me find what I am looking for. Very friendly staff.
If you love your pet, don't EVER let these people groom them! Against my better judgement after dealing with the angry and very bureaucratic African-American woman b/c I didn't have my life-threatening PALS #, I took my yorkie there and asked for a teddy-bear cut.. I returned later, and to my horror, they'd SHAVED him! I immediately complained and the manager on duty refunded $40 of my $91 bill. He said that's all he could do, and advised me that if I wanted a complete refund, I had to call the grooming manager, Donna. I called her a few times,and left several messages to no avail. She never called me back. Finally, 4 days later, I called again and got her on the phone. She claimed that my dog's hair was matted and they HAD to shave him! Ok, let me get this straight.
